Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator will assist office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Receives mail/email, documents and packages and distribute.
- Initialize invoices for Accounts Payable process.
- Answer, screens, and directs phone calls to appropriate staff.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries or request information.
- Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
- Oversees telephone services, copiers, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Maintains office supplies inventory.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Title: Low Voltage Service / Installation Technician
Position Overview:
As a Low Voltage Service / Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and programming our customized security, access control, data and/or fire alarm offerings.
Essential Position Functions:
- Effectively manages time on installations, staying on or below budgeted man-hours for each project.
- Effectively performs installations on multiple projects and provides weekly updates to the Supervisor and/or Account Manager.
- Works closely with scheduling coordinator to ensure projects are completed on or before assigned deadlines.
- Works with contractors and/or customers to identify any and all necessary change orders. Then presents this information to the Supervisor and/or Account Manager.
- Communicates effectively in visual, oral and written form.
- Demonstrates ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
- Promotes collaboration, partnerships and positive long lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending improvements.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping customer information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
- Low Voltage Systems (Card Access, Video, Fire Alarm, and Intrusion) related experience.
- Minnesota Power Limited Technician License preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Grasp on current market conditions and product trends.
- Ability to operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Great written as well as verbal communication skills.
